Omni Environmental Group and the law firm of Eno, Martin & Donahue of Lowell, Massachusetts have teamed up to present two 2-hour seminars on January 25, 2012 that will help business owners, property owners and property developers understand:
- their risk and liability associated with both spills of oil and hazardous materials and with contaminated property; and
- the methods they can start using immediately to reduce their liability.
The morning seminar is focused on property and business owners and the afternoon seminar is focused on property developers.
The presenters will be Jonathan Moore, Licensed Site Professional of Omni Environmental Group and Matthew Donahue, Esquire of Eno, Martin and Donahue.
